Perfect. Everything about our affair at Paris Caterers was perfect and first class. All of our guests had a great time and raved about the food. The hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and delicious. Today is the day after my wedding and I am on the computer.. I had to do it because of what a great job Paris and Dance Party DJ did at my wedding. Everything was so beautiful and the night went so smooth. I did not worry about a single thing on the night of my wedding, they took care of me, my husband, and our entire family. From the moment I walked into The Palace when I was looking for a hall I fell in love, not only with the venue but with the warm and wonderful people. I knew that if I had my wedding here it would be beautiful, and it was. Every single person that I came into contact with from planning to reception is THE BEST starting with Keith and Frank and working your way down the entire staff (including wait staff). The food was delicious, the music was wonderful, and the staff is superb. I also used Core Productions for my pictures and my video. Ash and Sal from Core are so professional that I never felt force or pushed in any way. He just flowed with the wedding. Also I had Country Sweets make my wedding cake. The cake was more beautiful then I could of imagined. I also used JBJ Limo, they were on time, the limo was pristine, and the driver was wonderful. When I had to walk down the aisle he even fixed my train and my veil for me so I could look beautiful. It all comes back to Paris because they recommended the vendors and I could not be happier. Everyone was professional and I expected that, but what I did not expect was for everyone to be so warm to me and my family. It felt like they were a part of my family, they were guests not workers. Even the wait staff that was led by Diane got on the floor and danced with us!!!! I've always dreamed about my wedding and how wonderful I wanted it to be and thanks to Paris, my dreams came true! Thank you Frank. You and your staff were wonderful and extremely accomodating. Fabulous! Simply fabulous! As the mother of the groom in the wedding, I can't say enough about the reception. Everything was a dream come true for Heather and Andy, the bride and groom. The room was decorated beautifully and the centerpieces were charming. The wedding cake not only looked stunning, it was delicious. Your wait staff was efficient, personable, and attentive. Your bartenders, from what I was told, could serve whatever libation was requested. The food was wonderful and served in a very timely manner. Now, on to my favorite person, the emcee. Louis absolutely MADE the reception. While all of our friends and families were there ready to have a good time, that good time was made the BEST by Louis. From the time he met the wedding party in the bridal suite until the time he told us (reluctantly) that the party was over, Louis made sure that we celebrated in style. He was helped by the DJ who played great songs and had the dance floor constantly in use. We were delighted that we had Paris Caterers to help us give our daughter Meghan the wedding event that she had envisioned. Every last detail was wonderful! We received many compliments, from how delicious the food was, to the freshness of the draft beer. The presentation of the food and the overall elegance of the room, people noticed every detail.
