Hi Nicole - Just wanted to send an email and THANK YOU so much for all your help in making JoAnna and Joe's day special!  Awesome is the only word that I can use to describe how we were treated.  You had no problem with emails, or my phone calls, and were always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I had.  Boy, the Photo Booth was a hit!  And everyone commented on how great the food and service was.  The Bartenders were awesome!  They even knew what I wanted before I made it up to the bar.  GREAT is all I can say!  Thanks again for an amazing job!

We had the cocktail hour in the Paris Room. It was WOW! The wedding was in the Beau Palais, with Uplighting, a Candy Bar, and Photo Booth. WOW! I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for our Wedding on June 22, 2012.  Everyone had a lot of fun!  I have heard nothing but great things about the food.  I myself only ate a cucumber, but I did eat a platter later on and it was very good, even cold!  Chris and I really enjoyed ourselves and it was so nice that we didn't have to worry about anything.  Justine was great, super sweet, and very attentive with lots of patience especially considering our Bridal Party was a bit crazy!  We are so happy we chose Paris Caterers!

Your DJs, Luis and Justin, were excellent and had everyone out on the dance floor! The Uplighting, Monogram, Candy Bar, Chocolate Fountain, Ice Sculpture, Photo Booth, Seating Chart and Wedding Cake you provided were magnificent! The service from your staff was excellent! They made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed, and the tables were st-up beautifully. My daughter and son-in-law had the wedding reception of their dreams. May 4, 2012 was one of the best days of our lives because of Paris Caterers. You took me and my fiance in on short notice and were nothing but wonderful. Our night was beautiful and full of fun. We walked into The Palace just two months before our wedding date looking for a new venue and here we are just two days into our honeymoon stopping to write you this letter because we must let you know how incredible you made our Big Day on May 19, 2012.

We came to you with enormous expectations, unusual contractual television obligations and, of course, outrageous demands from the ultimate “Divazilla” and “Groomzilla”. You guys didn’t let us down. You went out of your way to fulfill each and every desire. You worked tirelessly until the very last minute to make sure every detail met our very specific taste. I still can’t believe that Frank went out and bought two lamps to complete Remy’s dream sweetheart table and then cut the cords so they wouldn’t show and even bedazzled the shades. That’s above and beyond!

Everything in the room from the Love Statue ice sculpture to the symmetric table setup to the gorgeous table lines and chivari chairs (thank you Madeline from Table Top Fashions) to the Isit, the purple and pink up lighting and the amazing stage and sweetheart table fulfilled our wishes and even surpassed our very vivid imaginations.

And then there’s the food. You had to know from the minute my mother showed up for the tasting emphasizing how we couldn’t have enough rolls and how the plates had to be filled to the edges that we would be tough to please in this area. You left us wishing you would turn Paris Caterers into a restaurant so we can stop in every week for dinner. The food was phenomenal! Can’t say enough about how delicious everything was, though we wish we took more time away from the dance floor to sample that awesome dessert display after dinner.

There are other venues in South Jersey and Philadelphia that can host lavish weddings and provide a classy, elegant reception. I doubt anyone could match your level and do it with such friendly, personal service.  Simply put, there’s no better place for any couple to hold their reception than Paris Caterers at The Palace.

Many brides and grooms make enemies with some people at their reception venue. We made good friends. You guys are the best ever! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to make our wedding a “royal” event. We look forward to seeing you on television when our show debuts and I’m sure we’ll be stopping in simply because we miss you.

First and foremost, I would like to say THANK YOU! for all your help with our wedding on January 28, 2012. Mike and I could not have asked for anything more. Every guest who attended our wedding has told us how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The food was fantastic, the music was awesome, the decor was superb! You and your staff made everything look beautiful! You gave me exactly what I had imagined, and honestly, that's not an easy thing to do. My only regret was that the night wasn't longer because everything went so fast! (And Mike and I didn't get to finish our delicious food because we didn't want to miss out on the dancing, lol. Mike only got to eat 1 bite of his prime rib, but the bite he had was fantastic! I've never been to a wedding where EVERY SINGLE PERSON had so much fun and danced so much! I have told all my family members and friends that your establishment would be great for any future weddings/events they may have, and I hope I get to attend one of them in the future! Please pass this message on to Keith - The music and the way he got everyone on the dance floor was awesome! We will definitely be using Dance Party DJ's in the future.

You took all of the pressure and anxiety away and over the past year have become like family to us. The second we stepped into the garden for pictures on our wedding day I knew we were in for a fabulous time, and I was right! The montage, simulcast, photobooth, candy bar, and ISIT were such a hit!!! Keith, you kept everyone up and dancing throughout the entire night which is no small feat! As a Bride, I was able to spend most of the night dancing the night away. You made all of my dreams come true and words cannot express my gratitude. As our guests were leaving, they told us that we had the BEST wedding reception ever!!! Bryan is already planning a huge party for our 10 year anniversary, of course to be held at Paris. Perfect. Everything about our affair at Paris Caterers was perfect and first class. All of our guests had a great time and raved about the food. The hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and delicious.
