Fabulous! Simply fabulous! As the mother of the groom in the wedding, I can't say enough about the reception. Everything was a dream come true for Heather and Andy, the bride and groom. The room was decorated beautifully and the centerpieces were charming. The wedding cake not only looked stunning, it was delicious. Your wait staff was efficient, personable, and attentive. Your bartenders, from what I was told, could serve whatever libation was requested. The food was wonderful and served in a very timely manner. Now, on to my favorite person, the emcee. Louis absolutely MADE the reception. While all of our friends and families were there ready to have a good time, that good time was made the BEST by Louis. From the time he met the wedding party in the bridal suite until the time he told us (reluctantly) that the party was over, Louis made sure that we celebrated in style. He was helped by the DJ who played great songs and had the dance floor constantly in use. Please extend by heartiest and sincere compliments to your entire staff who provided such outstanding service at this reception. We were delighted that we had Paris Caterers to help us give our daughter Meghan the wedding event that she had envisioned. Every last detail was wonderful! We received many compliments, from how delicious the food was, to the freshness of the draft beer. The presentation of the food and the overall elegance of the room, people noticed every detail. The flowers that Debbie did were lovely and we expressed that to her in a note as well. The chocolate fountain, ice cream bar and small pastries along with the coffee bar were an added hit.
