Established in 1990, Paris Caterers was further purchased by brothers Robert and Keith Eshelman in 1993. Over the past 15 years they have catered events all over South Jersey including Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Fashion Shows, Memorials, Anniversaries, and of couse their specialty,  Wedding Receptions.  Robert Eshelman, Master Chef, is a graduate of Atlantic County Community College of Culinary Arts, and uses his innovative style in every dish he prepares. Keith Eshelman, Sales and Marketing Director, started in the catering business at age 14, and later attended Glassboro State College, continuing to further his knowledge of the wedding industry.  The Eshelmans newest facility, The Palace, located in Blackwood on the Black Horse Pike, officially opened for business on February 4, 2006, in partnership with the Riiff Family (Dan, Lou, and Joe).                       

When attending an event at Paris Caterers,  you will be greeted at the properties entrance by our Head Concierge who will direct you to the appropriate ballroom.  Upon entering The Foyer you'll be amazed by the beauty of our Grand Staircase surrounded by magnificent columns, which allows for beautiful wedding photos. 

Immediately to the left of the staircase is the first of The Palace’s Banquet Rooms,  The Garden Room.  With seating up to 300 people, The Garden Room's serene sage-green interior, marble fireplace, spectacular chandeliers, and straight  formal staircase for the grand entrance of the bride and groom, are just a few things that make this room outstanding.  The Garden Room has its own access to our outdoor garden pavilion which truly is a luxurious setting for photos.   

Just to the right of the foyer staircase is our grandest banquet room, The Beau Palais.  This magnificent ballroom, holding up to 400 people, has a neutral-colored interior, marble fireplace, breath taking chandeliers, and a beautiful curved staircase  flaring out onto the dance floor, making for a grand entrance of the bride and groom.  Atop the staircase, you will find a spacious bridal suite, overlooking your entire ballroom. This room also has a private restroom, allowing the entire bridal party to freshen up prior to the formal announcements.

In April 2007,  The Palace completed  their newest banquet room, The Paris Room, which has its own private entrance to the facility.    Holding up to 200 people, this intimate ballroom has a neutral-colored interior, private restrooms and coat check, and a comfortable bridal suite.  The Paris Room is perfect for smaller, quaint  affairs, yet stills provides the romantic ambiance that all brides love.

In hoping to make every brides wedding planning  as simple and enjoyable as possible,  Paris Caterers has created The Vendors Walk.    You'll find this one stop shopping pavillion located just next to our Paris Ballroom,  housing 10 highly recommended vendors that  are also featured on this website.  
 

To make an appointment to tour our facility, please contact one of our Event Coordinators during normal business hours,  Monday 12pm-5pm, Tuesday through Thursday 12pm-9pm,  and Friday, Saturday and Sunday, by requested appointment only.
